The Millennium Forum prides itself in continual improvement in its facilities and in today’s modern technological world, we strive to remain ahead of the latest developments.  Our Wi-fi uses a Smart Router system ensuring maximum coverage throughout the building, an essential tool for busy conference organisers or delegates alike who are on the move attending a variety of events during their visit.  We use HD projectors straight onto Brilliant White Walls to ensure the maximum impact when delivering a presentation. Similarly we have capacity to work with both PC Hardware and MAC alike.

Located in the heart of Northern Ireland’s historic walled city, it is the largest conference venue in the North West. Whether you are organising a major conference, a banquet or dinner dance, a presentation or sporting event, the Millennium Forum can provide a first class service which is second to none. The Millennium Forum offers a choice of flexibility for business activity. A variety of spaces of varying sizes are available and our dedicated conference staff are always on hand to offer their expertise with planning and organising your event. We have the facilities to cater for conferences, seminars, fairs, exhibitions, banquets, lectures, business meetings, press launches and executive interviews. With our state of the art flexible main auditorium which can be used in a variety of configuration with its moveable ceiling and adaptable floor – our venue is never too large or small.

Our dedicated technical team are on hand to help and advise on any queries you may have while planning your event and have the expertise to look after all of you technical requirements. From video-conferencing to powerpoint presentations our staff have the knowledge, while our photocopying and faxing facilities come as part of the packages.
