Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and Government Advice, the Millennium Forum is completely closed for the protection of our customers & staff.  For further information regarding all rescheduled performances please visit our website at millenniumforum.co.uk<http://millenniumforum.co.uk>.  You can also see the most up to date information on our Social Media Channels such as Facebook and Twitter.

For all rescheduled performances, existing tickets will continue to be valid for the rescheduled date.  If an event has been cancelled your card will be refunded automatically.  For any other queries please email info@millenniumforum.co.uk. We apologise for any inconvenience and wish you all to stay safe.  Thank you for your patience.

Disabled Access – We have dedicated wheelchair vantage points at each seating level in the auditorium.
View seating plan and download the access guide

Captioned & Relaxed Performances – We have a number of relaxed and captioned performances. These vary from season to season.

Payment – Payment can be made by cash, cheque, theatre gift voucher and many major credit/debit cards (no service charge at Box Office). Laser card is not accepted

Ticket Collection – Tickets can be posted but a administrative charge of £1.00 willl apply. Alternatively they can be held at box office for collection of the evening – there is no charge for this service.

Phone Bookings: Tickets must be paid for within three working days of booking otherwise they may be resold. A £1 charge will be made if tickets are to be forwarded by post. Calls may be monitored for training purposes.

How does it work?

From 2008 every ticket purchased for any new show became subject to a small premium of £1.50. All tickets that are printed by the Millennium Forum will include the new price and the words ‘including Development Fee’ (ie £11.00 including Development Fee).

Do we not already charge additional fees?

Unlike many other venues, the Millennium Forum has never charged any additional fees on its tickets, apart from a contribution for postage. The Development Fee will be our only addition and we are confident will help maintain the fabric of the building whilst at the same time attract the best national and international acts to the city. We thank all our patrons for their support over the years and look forward to your involvement in our future.
