By Car

Carparking is provided Wednesday-Saturday in Foyleside East Carpark (which is a 5 minute walk from the theatre) or you can avail of the many on street parking spaces in the vicinity of the theatre.

By Bus

A regular daily bus services operates between Derry and Belfast. Many of the main cities in Ireland can be reached by bus from the depot on Foyle Street.

From – Dublin/Omagh/Strabane

Travel along Victoria Road towards city (Everglades Hotel on your right)
When you reach traffic lights at the end of Craigavon Bridge turn left and travel along top deck of the bridge.
*Take 2nd left off roundabout and travel up Carlisle Road, when you travel through arch (gate) turn right immediately (you are now on Market Street, Anchor Bar on corner at top), at the bottom of this street you will see the Millennium Forum. On street parking can be found in the streets around the Millennium Forum.
*If you wish to park – at roundabout at end of Craigavon Bridge take the 3rd turn left and when you reach the next roundabout take the 1st left and you will see the Foyleside carpark on your left (this is only used for daytime parking), or take 2nd left and you will see Foyleside East Carpark on your left (this is used for evening parking, NB this carpark is only open late Wednesday – Saturday until 11pm).

From – Limavady/Coleraine

Travel along the Limavady Road following signs for city centre and when you reach Craigavon Bridge turn right onto top deck of bridge and follow the directions above marked*

From – Belfast

Travel along the Glenshane Road following signs for city centre and when you reach the Craigavon Bridge turn right onto top deck of bridge and follow the directions above marked*

From – Muff/Moville

Travel towards the City Centre going straight ahead through 3 roundabouts (& several sets of traffic lights) along the Culmore Road and then along the Strand Road. You will pass Da Vinci’s Hotel on your left between the 1st and 2nd roundabout you will also pass Budget DIY on your right after 2nd roundabout. Before you have reached the 3rd roundabout you will have passed Café Roc on your right and immediately before the roundabout on the left are Derry City Council’s Offices. Keep going straight and you will reach another roundabout with the City Hotel on your right, continue straight and you will be on a dual carriageway with the river on your left, when you meet the next set of traffic lights turn right (a yellow building called Sandinos is on this street), go straight ahead at the next traffic lights and follow the road ahead until you reach the Millennium Forum (Foyleside Shopping Centre is on your left).

If you wish to park – at traffic lights on dual carriageway go straight ahead and you will see Foyleside East Carpark on your right, to access this carpark you will need to travel on to roundabout and take the 4th turning which will bring you back to the carpark. (this is used for evening parking, NB this carpark is only open late Wednesday – Saturday until 11pm). For daytime parking at traffic lights on dual carriageway go straight on and take 3rd turning which will bring you to Foyleside West Carpark on your left.

From – Buncrana/Letterkenny

Travel towards the City Centre travelling straight along the Buncrana Road through 1st roundabout at Templemore Sports Complex (on your left before roundabout) until you reach the next roundabout with Budget DIY on your right, take 3rd turning onto Strand Road before you have reached the next roundabout you will have passed Café Roc on your right and immediately before the roundabout on the left are Derry City Council’s Offices. Keep going straight and you will reach another roundabout with the City Hotel on your right, continue straight and you will be on a dual carriageway with the river on your left, when you meet the next set of traffic lights turn right (a yellow building called Sandinos is on this street), go straight ahead at the next traffic lights and follow the road ahead until you reach the Millennium Forum (Foyleside Shopping Centre is on your left).
