The Millennium Forum is now completely closed for the protection of our customers and staff due to the Covid-19 pandemic and on Government advice.  For further information regarding all rescheduled performances please visit our website: millenniumforum.co.uk

You can also see the most up to date information on our Social Media Channels such as Facebook and Twitter.

For all rescheduled performances, existing tickets will continue to be valid for the rescheduled date.  If an event has been cancelled your card will be refunded automatically.  For any other queries please email info@millenniumforum.co.uk.

A list of rescheduled dates for shows which were originally before 6th June 2020 are outlined below.

As we work to keep our business trading during this difficult period, we would be grateful if you would carefully consider booking for the rescheduled date before asking for a refund as this will greatly assist us and the performers during this unsettled time.  Please be assured that all ticket sales are fully protected for customers.

Please note that the 31st May date has been cancelled. We would be grateful if you might consider changing your booking to one of the rescheduled dates.

If an event is cancelled you will be refunded.

If you paid by card we will automatically refund your card – YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RETURN YOUR TICKETS.   Please allow 5-10 working days for the money to reappear in your account.

If you paid by cash or voucher you can collect your refund when we reopen.

Update Thursday 19th March 2020 – The Millennium Forum is currently closed to the public until week commencing 20th April 2020 as we work to protect our customers and staff from the Coronavirus.

We are constantly reviewing the situation and will update you all every Thursday for as long as possible on any changes to shows.

Update Monday 16th March 2020 – The Millennium Forum is currently closed to the public for the next five weeks until week commencing 20th April 2020.

Management is working with artists and groups to assign alternative dates to all events that were due to perform in our venue before week commencing 20th April 2020.  Most of these events have been rescheduled while a few have been cancelled.

Original tickets purchased for all selected events will remain valid for rescheduled dates which will be announced in the coming days.  We will be in touch with all customers affected by cancelled shows over the next few days to arrange refunds.  Please do not come in in person to our Box Office and contact us by phone if you have not heard from us before Friday 20th March.

All events after 20th April will currently go ahead as planned.

Update Thursday 12th March 2020 – Following Government advice regarding public events as made today by the UK Government, all Millennium Forum events will open as advertised.

The Millennium Forum continues to be guided by Government advice and will actively review its processes accordingly.

If there are any changes to this advice or to planned events, tickets holders will be contacted directly.

The Millennium Forum is continuing to monitor closely all advice from the relevant health agencies and will continue to review and communicate to you any change in information.    In terms of our staff and customers, we are taking advised action to ensure we play our part in the worldwide efforts to contain the virus.
