The Millennium Forum is a dynamic Theatre and Conference Centre which has been operational since August 2001. It is managed by Derry Theatre Trust.  Since this time it has attracted capacity audiences as well as international artists and business visitors from across the globe.

Derry Theatre Trust is currently seeking applications for the following posts:

Finance and Personnel Officer

Digital and Social Media Officer

 

Finance and Personnel Officer

Qualifications

 

A degree in Accounting, Business Studies, HR or a similar discipline and

A minimum of 2 years employment experience in all of the following areas:

·         Accounting/Finance management / Personnel skills

·         Good knowledge of MICROSOFT Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

·         Good knowledge of SAGE Line 50 ACCOUNTS and SAGE PAYROLL

·         Good numerical and reconciliatory skills

·         General bookkeeping skills

OR

Consideration may also be given to candidates who do not possess the above qualifications but have a relevant level 4 qualification e.g. HNC or equivalent level of qualification

AND

Three years employment experience in all of the areas outlined above

Hours of work: 37 hours per week. Some evening and weekend work will be required to fulfil the duties of this position.

Salary: £26,000.00 per annum

A degree in Marketing, PR, Digital marketing/advertising or similar discipline.


AND

A minimum of 2 years employment experience in most or all of the areas outlined in the Job Description and Personnel Specification

OR

Consideration may also be given to candidates who do not possess the above qualifications but have a relevant level 4 qualification e.g. HNC or equivalent level of qualification

AND

Three years employment experience in most or all of the areas outlined in the Job Description and Personnel Specification.

The post is full time: 37 hours per week.  Some evening and weekend work will be required to fulfil the duties of this position.

Salary: £27,500.00 per annum
